After removing and disposing of over 2000 pounds of drywall from a failed 'finished basement' attempt by the previous owners, we decided it would be wise to seek additional assistance for fixing up the existing framing, working on drywall, and all those other things we didn't think we would have time (or patience) to do ourselves. We found a great handyman, Doug, who was able to help with framing, drywall, plumbing, and our ceiling. (And if he didn't have the expertise to do it, he knew someone who could -- like carpet installation and installing the additional dozen or so new circuits in our breaker box!)
